PAR light Sensors

PAR stands for Photosynthetic Active Radiation. This is light with a wavelength between 400 and 700 nanometers that plants use for photosynthesis. This light can come from the sun, but also from lamps (such as Son-T lamps) or LED lights. This light significantly influences the growth of your crops. It's not just the intensity of PAR light that matters, but also the duration (number of hours per day). With our PAR light sensors connected to a FieldGuard Station, both light intensity and daily light integral are measured/calculated.
