The FieldGuard Soil Moisture Station features two WaterScout SM100 soil moisture sensors, enabling soil moisture measurement at two different depths. These sensors seamlessly connect to the station's two available analog ports. In addition to the analog ports, the station provides two extra (free) digital ports that can accommodate various sensors, such as air temperature and humidity sensors. This versatility allows the station to serve not only for soil moisture measurements but also for applications like frost alerts. The station is delivered complete with a mounting tube and batteries. Depending on the chosen measurement interval, it can operate throughout an entire season on a single battery
